Processing is supported through two locations. The Hardi processing location in Tehsil Bilha, District Bilaspur has a stated crushing capacity of 150 TPH and approximately 30,000 MT of stockyard capacity. The Dumarpara processing location in Tehsil Baradwar, District Sakti has a stated crushing capacity of 200 TPH and approximately 50,000 MT of stockyard capacity. Together, the two processing locations provide 350 TPH of combined crushing capacity and approximately 90,000 MT of combined stockyard capacity, along with screening, sizing and weighbridge facilities.

Gupta Stone Mines offers multiple product sizes, including 00–03 mm, 10–40 mm, 30–50 mm, 30–60 mm and 40–80 mm, with sizing aligned to customer and purchase-order requirements. The company profile presents typical quality parameters of approximately 28–30% CaO, 18–21% MgO, 2.5–6% SiO₂ and 40–44% LOI. These are identified as typical values rather than guaranteed contractual specifications, with final supply governed by the applicable purchase order and customer requirements. The processing locations currently do not have in-house laboratory/testing facilities.

Logistics forms an important part of the company's operating model. The business has stated access to three railway loading points—BUA and PSBD at Baradwar and BYL at Belha—and reports approximately 2–3 rakes per month per loading station. Road movement is supported by 18 owned trucks and appointed transporters. Road and rail options can be coordinated with mine-to-crusher movement, stockyard planning and customer dispatch programmes to support different bulk supply requirements.
